Senior Architectural Engineering Manager - Construction Supervision - AECOM - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Lead and coordinate discipline engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural and Structural teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with approved drawings, codes, standards and contract requirements
• Interpret and clarify technical contract documents to support accurate implementation on site
• Support senior leadership in identifying and resolving technical challenges to maintain project schedules
• Report non-conformities related to engineering and construction activities and oversee corrective actions
• Coordinate with design engineers to implement required design modifications during construction phases
• Maintain and enhance technical standards across all supervision projects under responsibility
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction
• Oversee performance of design consultants and ensure timely review of shop drawings, RFIs and technical submissions
• Monitor health and safety compliance on site and report violations in accordance with safety protocols
• Provide clear technical guidance in response to client queries and project-related concerns

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 20 years of experience in supervision and project administration of architectural works on large-scale projects in the Middle East
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes and regulatory requirements
• Membership of a recognized professional institution preferred
• LEED GA or LEED AP certification considered an advantage
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality consultancy services
