- Lead and manage daily retail operations across multiple branches (UAE & Global)
- Drive sales performance and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales teams across outlets
- Monitor store performance, KPIs, and customer experience
- Develop and execute sales strategies and promotions
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle customer escalations and ensure service excellence
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry (mandatory)
- Native Arabic speaker (must)
- Experience managing multiple retail outlets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- UAE experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Flexibility to travel across GCC and international markets
