Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily retail operations across multiple branches (UAE & Global)
  • Drive sales performance and ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales teams across outlets
  • Monitor store performance, KPIs, and customer experience
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and promotions
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure service excellence
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry (mandatory)
  • Native Arabic speaker (must)
  • Experience managing multiple retail outlets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • UAE experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Flexibility to travel across GCC and international markets
