This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals who are confident in sales, client relationships, and closing property deals in Dubai’s competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on off-plan and secondary market residential propertiesManage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, property viewings, negotiations, and closingBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsProvide accurate market insights and investment adviceWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactionsMaintain records and client activity using CRM systems

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate (off-plan or secondary market)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Multilingual candidates (Turkish, English, and other languages) are a plus
