Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for an outstanding Head of Maths to join the GEMS Education in Dubai from August 2026.We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional Mathematics education and driving academic excellence across the department. A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree in relevant subject area, plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE/PGDE/teaching license or Level 5 equivalent specialism in Mathematics.
Proven leadership experience within a Mathematics department or clear potential to step into a Head of Department role.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to lead on curriculum planning, assessment, and staff development.
A consistent track record of outstanding teaching and learning, with evidence of excellent student progress and achievement.
