- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage communication and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Assist with special projects and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, both electronic and physical.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the executive team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic 0r German is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
