As a Kids Club Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and supervision of activities within the kids club facility. You'll be responsible for leading a team of staff members, organizing engaging activities for children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both children and parents/guardians.What will I be doing?As a Kids Club Shift Leader, you will be responsible for greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.

Leadership: Lead and motivate Kids Club staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
Activity Planning: Develop diverse activities to engage children and promote development.
Customer Service: Greet parents/guardians, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Safety Supervision: Maintain a secure environment and supervise children during activities.
Administrative Duties: Complete paperwork, manage inventory, and update policies as needed.
Collaboration: Work with management to ensure effective communication and adherence to guidelines.

High School Graduate or equivalent required
Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
Intermediate English language skills
Basic computer knowledge
