Lead high-resolution optical payload development, manufacturing, and related activities.
Define the optical payload development, procurement, delivery, operations, reliability, and performance requirements across all optical ISR types.
Provide technical and programmatic oversight to procurement activities.
Identify risks to vendor delivery of payloads and components.
Define the long-term strategy and short-term plan to localize optical payload system development in the UAE.

Requirements:

15 + years in small satellite high-resolution optical payload system design.
Deep and demonstrable knowledge of high-resolution optical payload system design and performance assessment.
Experience working in the UAE or Middle East is desirable.
Experience working on ISR data products including AI/ML is desirable.
Experience working on optical Earth observation data pre-processing workflows (system correction, calibration, terrain correction, video).
