Multi-Skilled Technician

• Specialize in either Steel Fixing or Carpentry while also having the ability to perform Masonry tasks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to execute tasks accurately.
• Carry out steel reinforcement fixing, woodwork, and masonry works as per project requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and shape steel bars, wood, and other construction materials.
• Assemble and install formwork, doors, window frames, partitions, and other wooden structures.
• Ensure structural stability and accuracy in steel reinforcement and formwork installation.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies while performing all tasks.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Steel Fixing, Carpentry, or Masonry.
• Technical Knowledge:

• Expertise in either Steel Fixing or Carpentry is mandatory.
• Ability to perform basic masonry tasks when required.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Language Skills:

• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Must be able to read and write in English for work instructions and documentation.
• Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to work in challenging environments.
• Comfortable working at heights, confined spaces, and outdoors.
