And just as we aspire to create meaningful experiences for our guests, we're equally committed to delivering a remarkably thoughtful employee experience.In this role, you will be responsible to perform aircraft maintenance tasks on Airbus and Boeing Aircrafts as per operational requirements to timely identify and rectify defects.Accountabilities

Ensure maintenance is performed at the highest level in accordance with relevant technical Data and in that respect keeps him/herself updated on current and new Technical and Quality Notices issued also general/technical information.
Ensure maximum attention is given to on-time performance, by assuring that all materials, tooling and equipment along with associated documentation is prepared in advance to the task in hand
Inform and consult with Engineer as required to enable to maintain a complete overview of Aircraft
Maintain a FOD free working area and clean up bay area before and after work
Develop oneself and increase Aircraft knowledge with ultimate goal for further career development
Accept appropriate training that will enable a more effective contribution
Proactively participate in all Health and Safety matters
Promote a reporting culture that aligns with the company's ethos
Ensure that all unused serviceable and unserviceable items are returned to stores with the correct label attached
Ensure any tooling or equipment used is duly cleaned and returned in serviceable condition, or clearly labeled if defective

Education & Experience

Must have served an apprenticeship with an airline/ approved organization, or have received an equivalent formal training
Minimum of 3-5+ years full-time hands-on experience within a Line/Light/Base Maintenance Environment working on commercial aircrafts - Airbus/Boeing.
Must have experience working in an Airline Hub or MRO/Base Maintenance environment.
Able to perform tasks with high level of Quality and safety.
Good communication skills and fluent in English
Team player and ability work in multi-cultural environment.
