  • Contract: Outsource 12 Months
  • Languages: bilingual (Arabic and English speakers)
Job Purpose:The Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent customer service. The role ensures a smooth and secure cash-handling process, contributing to the overall success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer purchases and payments accurately using the designated POS system.
  • Ensure all transactions (cash, credit, and other payment methods) are recorded correctly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
  • Maintain cash register balances and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  • Handle refunds, exchanges, and discrepancies in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow cash handling and security procedures to prevent loss or errors.
  • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Report any operational issues or concerns to the Supervisor Cashier.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a cashier role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food markets.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
