Degree Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Description:Lead the product development life cycle for core product offerings by analyzing new concepts and products and support facilities that are aligned with the KEZAD's growth aspirations, vision and strategy.Responsibilities:Strong understanding of industry best practices and latest trends in terms of product offering.Conduct feasibility studies in-house or with advisors and consultants as required.Collaborate with teams across the organization for better understanding of the customer needs, market gaps and develop relevant solutions to address these.Construct business cases and business plans relating to product development to be presented to management.Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective program management through the development cycle of specific new products and its development and delivery.Assist the management team for specific projects and special/ ad hoc tasks as and when required.Anticipate customer requirements and conceive soft products and delivery mechanisms based on the same.Qualifications:Undergraduate degree from a premier institute, MBA a plusShould have strong product development abilitiesShould be proficient in data analysis and report writing.Ability to contribute to high performance teams.Manage and resolve conflict within the team and with other stakeholdersHigh proficiency in written and spokenEnglish is a must and Knowledge of Arabic is an added benefitAt least 3 years of relevant functional experience, preferably in industrial zones and econHas led multiple projects and/or work streams for new product or new business unit developmentExperience of product strategy and projects in infrastructure, real estate or industrial units will be preferableExperience in engaging executives as a business, operational, and strategic thought leader
