- Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedule and completion for landscape irrigation systems
- Design, construction, installation and operation management of landscape, irrigation, drainage network systems
- Conduct pre-tender site visit, prepare the minute of site visit, technical clarifications and preparation of tender documents
- Evaluate the submitted offers and prepare the Technical and financial reports
- Supervise and monitor the landscape & irrigation activities and take the corrective action
- Monitor the projects progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to take appropriate action to catch the delay
- Evaluate the variation orders, and monthly progress claims
- Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints
