Hiring a Head of Structure and Sustainable Finance for one of our clients in Dubai .Job Title : Head of Structure and Sustainable FinanceJob Code : JPC 3228Job Location : DubaiEducation : Bachelor's degreeLanguages: Arabic and EnglishExperience required : 3 - 5 years of relevant work experienceJob Purpose:The role holder will focus on delivering sharia compliant financing solutions to the company's clients across its core markets and will have to work closely with coverage teams, other teams, as well as internal stakeholders (such as credit approvers) to support origination of financing transactions, development of strategic relationships and provide solutions in alignment with Company's risk appetite and strategy.Job Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and CXOs, advisers, investors, and industry professionals.
  • Be able to act as a trusted adviser on capital structure optimization, deal structuring, financing strategy and execution considerations.
  • Evaluate, structure and execute deals in collaboration with the coverage and credit teams.
  • Extensive experience in the conversion of business opportunities and the management of external key account/ internal stakeholder relationship, with successful track record in syndications, structured finance and debt arrangement
  • Review / ensure all audit files are maintained and achieve satisfactory audit reviews
  • Build deals pipeline in line with the budget
  • Strong track record and demonstrated ability to manage end to end structuring and execution at a senior level
