- Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance roles within retail, commercial, or facility environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple trades.
- Working knowledge of safety standards and building regulations in the UAE.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
