- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end execution of Energy, Oil & Gas, and Project Cargo movements across India & Middle East region, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on‑time delivery.
- Serve as the operational and technical subject‑matter expert for Energy & Project cargo, including OOG, breakbulk, modules, skids, and engineered movements supporting upstream, midstream, and downstream projects.
- Manage routing, carrier selection, vessel planning, equipment configuration, permits, surveys, and method‑of‑transport execution in alignment with approved SOPs, HSE plans, and EPC requirements.
- Coordinate carriers, heavy‑haul and SPMT providers, ports, terminals, yards, and third‑party service providers to ensure capacity availability, service continuity, and effective risk mitigation in Oil & Gas environments.
- Monitor shipment‑ and project‑level cost performance, supporting margin integrity and compliance with approved commercial frameworks and customer contractual requirements.
- Support tender execution for Energy & Oil & Gas projects through operational feasibility assessments, execution methodology reviews, and pricing inputs within defined authority limits.
- Collaborate with regional pricing and procurement teams to validate rates, equipment availability, and market conditions, sharing intelligence on carrier capacity and cost drivers within the Energy sector.
- Track operational KPIs related to safety, schedule adherence, cost control, and execution quality, implementing corrective actions for deviations.
- Act as a first‑level operational escalation point for complex, high‑risk, or cross‑border Energy & Project shipments, including shutdowns, critical-path cargo, and remote site deliveries.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, DG, project QA/QC standards, and customer‑specific Oil & Gas and Energy project requirements.
- Collaborate with regional leadership, sales, engineering, and operations teams to improve execution capability, standardization, and delivery performance across Energy & Projects programs.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8–12 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or project cargo, within Energy or Industrial Projects.
- Experience supporting P&L performance, pricing, or commercial activities.
- Exposure to Air, Ocean, and Project logistics operations.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and geographies preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Process‑oriented with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
