It plays a key role in balancing customer experience with sales contribution while maintaining strict compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely customer service across account opening, product onboarding, and service requests
- Promote and cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, and liability accounts
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Generate leads through walk-in customers, referrals, and proactive engagement
- Achieve service KPIs including NPS, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Process account opening forms and financial applications with accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Educate customers on digital banking channels and self-service options
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and loyalty

- High school diploma or degree in business, finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in banking, customer service, or sales roles
