Senior Architect - Residential and Hospitality Projects - Dubai, UAE

• Manage project design and execution from inception to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Lead the creative process to develop innovative and practical architectural solutions for residential and hospitality interiors.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, contractors, and consultants to address site-specific requirements.
• Prepare GFC drawing logs, RFP logs (subcontractor), and RFP update trackers for assigned projects.
• Generate look-ahead schedules from the engineering program to align design and site activities.
• Respond to site RFIs and coordinate with the design team where necessary.
• Conduct site coordination meetings with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress.
• Review and approve shop drawings across all disciplines, uploading final versions to INAXUS for approval.
• Provide guidance and approve shop drawings prepared by other engineers within the team.
• Offer alternative design solutions to address on-site challenges without compromising design integrity.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, with a strong portfolio in residential and hospitality interiors.
• Proficient in design communication both visually and verbally; excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the construction process and design coordination.
• Proficient in architectural software tools and project management platforms such as INAXUS.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
