Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Proven ability to handle bulk hiring and niche hiring requirements
Experience in sourcing through job portals, social media, and professional networks
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and HR systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
