- Support the execution of impact assessments for prospective and existing investments, applying best‑in‑class impact and climate finance methodologies
- Synthesize impact, commercial, and contextual insights into clear recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership discussions
- Contribute to impact reporting and related internal and external reporting workstreams
- Monitor global developments in climate, energy transition, and climate finance, particularly in emerging markets
- Support the development of research, knowledge products, and thought leadership aligned with strategic priorities
- Prepare high‑quality presentations and briefing materials to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- Provide ad‑hoc analytical and research support to senior team members in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Abu Dhabi full-time
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA is advantageous
- 2-6 years of experience in impact assessment, climate or sustainability advisory, investment analytics, development finance, or related fields
- Hands‑on experience with impact measurement, ESG or climate due diligence, or climate / energy analytics
- Strong understanding of climate, energy transition, infrastructure, or climate finance topics; emerging markets experience preferred
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, decision‑ready insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
