- Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor MEP construction activities including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV works
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and workforce training programs
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed safety reports
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports
- Ensure safety practices related to scaffolding, lifting operations, and fall protection
- Monitor confined space entry, LOTO procedures, and fire safety systems
- Coordinate with project teams to enforce safety standards across all activities
- Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in construction safety, specifically MEP projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessment procedures
- Hands-on experience with scaffolding safety, lifting operations, and electrical hazards
- Knowledge of confined space entry, LOTO procedures, and fire safety planning
- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills
- Candidate must currently be present in Oman and available for face-to-face interview
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
- IOSH Certification
