Our client, a leasing and facilities management firm is seeking to hire Head of Leasing & Project Development. As the Head of Sales & Project Development, you are responsible for building and managing a strong and effective sales organization with the main objective of maximizing the revenue generation potential of the company. In addition to playing an integral role in setting and executing the sales strategy for the company.Key responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team for new projects and preparation of material/content.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Generate proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Expanding market share by scouring for new locations.
  • Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
  • Calling, emailing, and meeting prospects to close deals.
  • Preparing contracts & NOC's for clients as well as collecting cheques and documents.
  • Coordinating with the Facility Management team for clients’ operations.
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
  • Conducting analysis for new projects as well as preparing presentations and pitches to win new locations.
  • Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
  • Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts.
  • Provide input to the Content Development team based on customer and industry feedback.
  • Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
  • Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for government entities as well as compelling material for sales and new projects.
  • Take note of customer feedback and reach out to internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Keep track of current lease dates of the organization's tenants on site and reach out for renewals along with finalizing deals.
Education, Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual: English & Arabic
  • Previous proven sales/leasing experience, preferred in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
