- Drive new business development within military and defense sectors.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
- Customize Technogym solutions for military training centers, bases, and rehabilitation units.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and wellness consultations with key stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Stay informed on military procurement processes and wellness trends.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in military, government, or wellness sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Sports Science, or any related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- CRM: Proficient in Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic (must), English, is a strong advantage.
- Mobility: Valid UAE driving license; willing to travel across Emirates and military sites
- Familiarity with UAE military procurement and wellness initiatives.
- Background in fitness, physiotherapy, or tactical training is a plus.
- Ability to manage complex deals and long sales cycles.
