- Verify invoices and documentation against system records for accuracy and compliance
- Return incomplete or incorrect job cards with clear feedback to relevant departments
- Compile daily workshop performance and cost reports
- Prepare incentive calculations and claim documentation based on workshop activity
- Support administrative and clerical functions related to workshop operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Clerk in an automotive dealership
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or automotive-related field
- Strong knowledge of workshop processes, job costing, and billing systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems such as SAP
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with service teams
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment
