- Manage end-to-end recruitment by working with department heads to assess manpower needs, build talent pipelines, and manage applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate seamless onboarding, induction, and cultural integration of new hires, ensuring compliance with documentation and system access
- Act as the first point of contact for staff queries and support performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
- Review and verify monthly payroll inputs in coordination with the payroll team and manage attendance data through the Gantner system
- Ensure accurate employee records and maintain documentation with utmost confidentiality and compliance
- Support implementation of corporate HR policies and initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Contribute to engagement programs, probationary reviews, and internal reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the hospitality sector
- In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Capable of handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion
