It focuses on enabling AI-driven transformation, modernizing legacy systems, and establishing scalable, API-led digital platforms that support innovation and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture across underwriting, claims, billing, and policy systems
  • Develop domain-level architecture aligned with business capabilities and operating models
  • Translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and architectural standards
  • Design and implement Agentic AI architecture including automation, decision engines, and orchestration layers
  • Integrate AI capabilities into insurance processes such as claims, underwriting, and fraud detection
  • Lead API-first and event-driven architecture strategies across digital platforms
  • Establish integration standards for APIs, event streaming, and middleware systems
  • Drive modernization of legacy insurance platforms using microservices and composable architecture approaches
  • Govern architecture standards, design reviews, and technology decision frameworks
  • Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders for execution alignment
  • Support vendor selection, technology investments, and large-scale transformation initiatives
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles
  • Strong background in property and casualty insurance systems and operations
  • Proven experience in digital transformation and large-scale system modernization
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms, integration architecture, and microservices
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning architecture concepts with practical exposure
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Skills Set
