Butler - Club Millesime - Accor - Dubai, UAE

• Act as a hotel ambassador providing personalized service to all Club Millesime guests in line with hotel standards and procedures
• Maintain uncompromising levels of cleanliness and comply with Dubai municipality health and safety regulations
• Use appropriate materials, equipment, and supplies for butler operations and raise requisitions when required
• Apply proper telephone etiquette in line with Sofitel service standards
• Maintain close guest interaction within the Club Millesime lounge with a friendly, attentive, and professional approach
• Respect guest privacy and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• Coordinate daily activities with the Club Millesime Lounge team and Butler Supervisor and provide cover when required
• Personally greet and escort guests, offering clear guidance and assistance
• Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring resolution, satisfaction, and proper documentation
• Escalate serious matters to the Butler Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Director of Rooms, or Rooms Manager when approval or guidance is required
• Track VIP guests in-house and ensure consistent recognition and service delivery
• Review Club Millesime reservations in advance and prepare assigned rooms according to guest preferences and standards
• Welcome guests in-room with refreshments and assist with in-room check-in processes
• Support guest needs on arrival including luggage unpacking, pressing, shoeshine, and bath preparation upon request
• Present room amenities, facilities, and Club Millesime services clearly to guests
• Provide ongoing personalized care throughout the guest stay, focusing on assigned sections
• Manage laundry, housekeeping requests, and ensure personalized room upkeep
• Assist with internet connectivity and perform concierge tasks including restaurant reservations and in-room dining orders
• Handle food and beverage service duties according to Club Millesime concept and service timings
• Anticipate guest needs, follow up on requests, and coordinate with internal departments until satisfaction is achieved
• Prepare guest departures including express check-out, packing assistance, and transportation arrangements
• Inspect rooms after departure and follow Lost and Found procedures
• Maintain and update the butlers' logbook and guest profiles with preferences
• Attend daily briefings, ensure proper shift handovers, and share service highlights with supervisors
• Collaborate proactively with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, butler service, or guest services is preferred
