- Administration of Pensions to include all necessary reporting and audits
- Assisting in the administration of the monthly payroll to include tax year end, P11d, statutory reports
- Handling of all insurance claims and preparation for annual insurance renewals
- Efficient use of IT resources and selection and development of the use of appropriate accounting software and processes
- Any other ad hoc duties as may be reasonably required
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting
- Recognised qualification in accounting
- Excellent time-management an problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office programmes - especially Excel & Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Must be familiar with Xero accounting software
- Ideally experience of working in a global company, processing international transactions exchange rates etc.
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA desirable
