Construction Engineer (Offshore)

- Oversee and coordinate all offshore construction activities in line with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Ensure compliance with offshore HSE regulations and procedures.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, method statements, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Civil.
- Minimum 10 years of offshore construction experience in the oil & gas sector.
- Minimum 5 years in GCC region
- Strong understanding of offshore installation methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in diverse, international environments.
- Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, Medical).
