We are seeking a Retail Banking Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail banking and possess strong customer service and sales skills. As a Retail Banking Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, promoting banking products and services, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
Process and manage customer transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and credit card requests
Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to new and existing customers
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals
Stay updated on banking products, services, and industry trends
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
Participate in sales and product training programs

Preferred Candidate: * Prior experience in retail banking or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
High level of integrity and professionalism
Good knowledge of banking products and services
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer transactions
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
