This is an exciting opportunity for both an Analyst and an Associate to join a growing, high-calibre investment team. The firm invests alongside leading global sponsors and asset managers and offers strong exposure to global transactions. What the job involves
  • Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management
  • Building and analysing financial models to support investment decision-making
  • Leading specific workstreams, including diligence processes, and acting as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts, and investment partners
  • Working alongside top-tier private equity firms and asset managers on co-investment opportunities
Who we are looking for
  • Experience in M&A or private equity, ideally with prior investment banking exposure
  • Strong academic background from a top-tier university
  • Commercially minded, with high professional standards and integrity
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full-time basis
