5-10 years experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management
UAE experience required

Experience in implementing and monitoring safety programs on construction or industrial sites
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and safety training
