Consultant Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Conduct detailed clinical examinations and diagnostic evaluations for pediatric musculoskeletal conditions
• Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents including fractures, congenital abnormalities, and growth related disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric patient needs and medical history
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures including fracture repair, corrective surgeries, and casting treatments
• Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans to support optimal musculoskeletal development
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and post surgical care
• Collaborate with pediatricians, physiotherapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital clinical governance standards
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities within the orthopedic department

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery and Pediatric Orthopedics
• Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Pediatric Orthopedics
• Minimum five years of consultant level experience treating pediatric orthopedic conditions
• Strong surgical expertise and familiarity with modern orthopedic technologies and treatment methods
• Excellent diagnostic ability and patient centered clinical decision making
• Effective communication skills for working with children and their families
