Operations Manager

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within a highly automated manufacturing environment, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing automation technologies, driving operational efficiency, and optimizing production processes.
• In-depth knowledge of OCTG manufacturing processes, industry standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, safety regulations, and environmental standards relevant to OCTG manufacturing.
• Experience working within the UAE, or the Middle East region is highly desirable.

• The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of the business responsible for planning, production management, and maintenance of our highly automated OCTG plant in Abu Dhabi. Strategic leader with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and automation technologies, and a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency, safety, and quality control.
