Job Description:Black & Grey is hiring for a Wholesale Car Importer and Exporter of Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicles. Our client is looking for a skilled and dynamic Sales Manager for their sales team in the automotive industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of success in driving sales performance.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to achieve sales goals.- Set individual targets and ensure they are met or exceeded on a regular basis.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales and promotional campaigns to attract potential buyers.- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals to ensure favorable terms and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.Requirements- Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry.- Strong knowledge of the automotive market, particularly in the car segment.- Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Manager with GCC market Experience Mandatory.- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits.
