Job type: Full timeKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare reports on findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety standards are met and maintained.Requirements:
- SARS Card: Valid Safety Advisor Registration Scheme (SARS) card issued by Dubai authorities.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a safety officer role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry in Dubai.
- Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, or a related certification (e.g., NEBOSH).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.Salary: AED 7000-8000 + benefits as per UAE law
