- Prepare swimming pools for daily operations including unlocking areas and removing covers
- Perform routine pool maintenance such as vacuuming, deck washing, and gutter flushing
- Wash, scrub, and disinfect pool surroundings and water feature areas
- Clean and polish metal fixtures and aquatic accessories
- Remove debris from pool decks and surrounding areas
- Maintain cleanliness of mechanical rooms, storage rooms, electrical rooms, and boiler areas
- Conduct water analysis and ensure chemical balance meets safety standards
- Perform daily safety inspections of aquatic facilities
- Inspect plumbing and lighting systems and report any faults or damages
- Ensure the pool and waterpark environment remains safe for guests and colleagues
- One to three years of experience in five-star hotels or large resort environments
- Experience in water theme parks or facility management preferred
- Certified Pool Operator qualification desirable or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to swim and work flexible day and night shifts
- Knowledge of water treatment and aquatic system maintenance
