Chief of Staff

• Act as a trusted operational partner to the CEO, supporting the execution of key leadership priorities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and smooth coordination.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, board presentations, and key documentation for senior leadership.

• Coordinate and track major initiatives and projects across business units on behalf of the CEO.
• Work closely with project managers, department heads, and leadership teams to ensure projects remain aligned with executive priorities.
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables, escalating issues where necessary.

• Establish structured reporting and governance frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive dashboards and leadership reports tracking project progress, operational performance, and key risks.
• Support leadership decision-making through clear reporting and analysis.

• Act as the primary coordination point between the CEO's office and internal departments.
• Facilitate communication between leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and work with leadership to resolve them.

• Support high-level meetings, board interactions, and leadership communications.
• Coordinate executive schedules, leadership engagements, and key strategic discussions.
• Ensure the executive office operates with strong organization, professionalism, and efficiency.

• 10+ years of experience in Executive Office, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager roles supporting senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with C-suite executives or CEO offices in large organizations.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage executive priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within large corporate or multi-entity environments is highly valued.
