- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and standards-aligned Arabic language curricula for diverse learner levels.
- Implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the varying needs of students, including advanced learners and those requiring additional support.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Foster a culturally responsive classroom environment that promotes respect, critical thinking, and effective communication in Arabic.
- Collaborate with department heads and fellow educators to align teaching practices with institutional goals and national education standards.
- Prepare students for Arabic language proficiency assessments and standardized exams, including IELTS and other international benchmarks.
- Participate in professional development activities, curriculum reviews, and school-wide initiatives to support academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and instructional activities.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to students, supporting their academic and personal development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience teaching Arabic at the secondary or higher education level.
- IELTS score of 6.5 or higher in all sections (must be verifiable).
- Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic and proficiency in spoken Arabic dialects relevant to the regional context.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and data-driven instruction.
- Proficiency in using digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered learning.
- Valid teaching certification or license recognized by UAE education authorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
