We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations for real estate industry.Location – Abu DhabiResponsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Manage the end-to-end process of contract negotiation, drafting, and execution.Review and analyze contractual agreements to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with company objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Oversee the collections process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and debt recovery.Implement and manage a robust CRM system to streamline client interactions and improve customer experience.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.Proven experience minimum 10 years in a senior management role within the real estate industry, with a focus on operations and sales.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
