- Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Developing Sea/Air Freight Forwarding, Import Export, Land Transportation.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Generating repeat business and adding new potential customers in company portfolio.
- Achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the Management.
- Identify potential customers and register opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
- Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution
- Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics and supply chain needs, providing tailored solutions.
- Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration Skills, Negotiation & Persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 2 to 5 years UAE Experience.
