- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of special HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
- Implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvementRequirements:- 10+ years of experience in HR Strategy with a focus on strategy development and execution
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends
- Bachelor's or aa Master's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
