Our client who is a leading government entity is looking to hire a Strategic HR Manager. The role is to lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring that HR strategies support the long-term growth and success of our companyResponsibilities:- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives and ongoing strategic transformation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into actionable HR plans
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its current and future needs
- Drive initiatives related to organizational design and development to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and employee engagement
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of special HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
- Implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvementRequirements:- 10+ years of experience in HR Strategy with a focus on strategy development and execution
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends
- Bachelor's or aa Master's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
