• Lead ICU care for critically ill transplant patients including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative management
• Collaborate with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, hepatologists, and anesthetists for optimal patient outcomes
• Perform advanced critical care procedures including invasive monitoring, mechanical ventilation, and renal replacement therapy
• Provide hemodynamic support and manage complex organ failure cases
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, patient safety standards, and DHA regulations
• Participate in research, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives
• Train and mentor junior medical staff and support clinical education programs
• Provide on-call support across ICU, emergency, and transplant units

• Medical degree with residency in Critical Care Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Critical Care or Transplant ICU
• Board certification such as UK CCT, American Board, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of post-fellowship experience in transplant-related ICU care
• DHA eligibility or UAE consultant license
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Fluency in English with Arabic as an advantage
