- Crafting compelling storytelling content for executive presentations, newsletters, and digital communications.
- Ensuring adherence to brand strategy and guidelines across all messaging and visual materials.
- Coordinating internal communications such as employee newsletters, intranet updates, and staff announcements.
- Managing external communications initiatives in support of CSR campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Supporting company social media management by preparing posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining alignment with brand voice.
- Preparing and maintaining presentation packs for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Overseeing newsletter management, from content planning and drafting to distribution and performance tracking.
