- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service from start to finish.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction with meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Assist with stock management, keeping service areas fully supplied.
- Follow all food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
- Support the restaurant team with additional duties such as setup, clearing, and assisting in the kitchen when required.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 23 kg, including bending and kneeling.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and guest service skills with a welcoming personality.
- Compliance with UAE food safety and alcohol service requirements.
