Senior Manager Compliance Technology Data Analytics - Majid Al Futtaim - Dubai UAE

• Design and implement advanced data analytics tools and dashboards that identify patterns, anomalies, and early indicators of compliance risks such as bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, and policy violations.
• Lead the development and integration of compliance technology platforms including compliance management systems, case management tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Develop and maintain key compliance risk indicators and reporting dashboards to monitor program performance and emerging risk trends.
• Support internal investigations by conducting forensic data extraction, transaction analysis, and evidence-based analytics.
• Apply data visualization techniques to present investigation findings and compliance insights to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Lead data loss prevention investigations and contribute to strengthening compliance monitoring frameworks.
• Enhance reporting dashboards and visual analytics used by ethics committees, executive leadership, and board-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and governance teams to ensure compliance technology solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance analytics, fraud detection analytics, data science, or technology-driven compliance roles.
• Experience working with compliance frameworks such as anti-bribery, anti-corruption, AML, or regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience transforming large datasets into actionable compliance insights.
• Proven experience applying advanced analytics, AI models, or machine learning tools in compliance, investigations, or risk management.
• Experience working with forensic investigation tools and digital evidence analysis systems.
