A warm and welcoming family based in Dubai are looking for a native English-speaking nanny/governess to support the care, development, and education of their 18-month-old child. The family are also expecting a second baby in October 2025, and while the primary focus will remain on the toddler, an understanding of newborn routines and gentle transitions between siblings will be appreciated.Working Hours:The family is happy to consider 8-12 hour working days, 5 days per week.Key Duties:Supporting and enhancing the child's early education and language acquisition in EnglishPlanning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational activitiesPromoting gross and fine motor development through sensory, messy, and nature playEncouraging imaginative and creative play, as well as early speech and language developmentContinuously adapting your approach to match the child's developmental stageProviding a nurturing, calm, and responsive environment aligned with gentle parenting principlesCandidate Requirements:A qualification in education or early childhood developmentNative-level, accent-free EnglishA kind, patient, and proactive personality with a passion for early years developmentPrior experience with toddlers and a good understanding of developmental milestonesAccommodation:The family is open to both live-in and live-out options.
