Project Engineer – HVAC

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC systems installation in high-rise building projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design compliance and project specifications.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate HVAC requirements and constraints.
• Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Manage and supervise HVAC installation teams to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues during construction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into overall building systems.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and energy efficiency standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in HVAC systems for high-rise buildings.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to interpret and modify HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC practices.
