Our client is looking to appoint a leading Commercial Leasing Professional with a strong network of local and multinational clients within the commercial & industrial sector.

Oversee directly 2 Leasing Executives
Lease and manage designated portfolio within industrial and commercial asset classes
Target potential clients through marketing strategies, business development & existing network
Conduct market analysis on competitors and industry trends
Liaise with marketing on campaigns to boost assets
Report weekly and monthly on leasing progress within designated portfolio
Document control of contracts and lease administration

Our client is a leading real estate leader looking to appoint Leasing Manager with specialisms in industrial, offices & labour camps

Bachelors degree in relevant field
Minimum 10-15 years experience , last 5 years managerial level in Leasing of offices, labour camps and warehousing
Dubai real estate experience freehold and non-freehold (mandatory)
Arabic speaking (preferred)
