- Analyse learning metrics and transform insights into continuous programme improvement actions

- Partner with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted development solutions
- Support Emiratization development initiatives through milestone tracking and stakeholder follow-up
- Ensure learning interventions translate into measurable behavioural change and operational impact
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, training delivery, or coaching roles within corporate environments
- Proven experience in designing classroom and digital learning content
- Hands-on expertise in Learning Management Systems for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse and senior-level audiences
- Excellent organisational and time management skills in fast-paced business environments
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy standards
