Education & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an ABA Therapist
  • Relevant ABA certification
  • CDA license (mandatory)
  • Experience with children with neurodevelopmental or behavioral needs
  • Multilingual candidates preferred
Description
In this role, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, supporting their behavioral, social, and developmental progress through structured and individualized intervention plans.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions based on treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress
  • Record and maintain accurate session data and reports
  • Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to adjust therapy plans
  • Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and progress updates
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging therapy environment
  • Maintain compliance with CDA regulations and centre policies
