- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
- Ability to implement individualized therapy plans consistently
- Excellent observation and behavior tracking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Team-oriented with good organizational and reporting skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an ABA Therapist
- Relevant ABA certification
- CDA license (mandatory)
- Experience with children with neurodevelopmental or behavioral needs
- Multilingual candidates preferred
In this role, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, supporting their behavioral, social, and developmental progress through structured and individualized intervention plans.Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions based on treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress
- Record and maintain accurate session data and reports
- Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to adjust therapy plans
- Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Engage with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and progress updates
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging therapy environment
- Maintain compliance with CDA regulations and centre policies
